We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator products with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for an Engineering Manager to support our mission
This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Role
Build and lead world-class product engineering teams that work full-stack.
Work on opportunities across the entire creator-facing Patreon product surface
Take accountability & ownership for big impact and strategic areas of investment to drive direct value to creators and membership
Work in a cross-functional strong partnership with Product, Design, DS, Finance and teams that directly interface with our creators
Expand on our strong culture of hypothesis, experimentation, metrics-focused measurement
Be an advocate and represent your team’s work in company-wide forums
Participate in company-wide hiring activities such as recruiting, interviewing, and closing top candidates.
About You
Experience leading product engineering teams
Obsessed with creating customer delight through engineering craft and rigor
Data-driven, analytical thinking
Excellent communication and prioritization skills with the ability to lead through influence
Collaborative, experienced partnering with PM, Design, UXR and influencing the roadmaps of other teams
High EQ and personable approach to management with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
