Caterpillar’s BCP division is hiring a Manager Event Marketing! The role is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of the BCP North America’s Customer Machine Demonstration and Training Centers (Clayton, Sanford, Athens) prioritizing safety, compliance and supporting sales growth. This includes designing and delivering impactful demonstration experiences, generating and hosting customer events, creating training programs that showcase product value, influencing purchasing decisions, and strengthening customer and dealer relationships.
Role Summary: Ensure that every engagement drives measurable commercial outcomes through upselling opportunities, supporting dealer enablement, enhancing customer retention strategies, and aligning with broader business growth objectives.
What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
Manages a team that fields incoming requests and schedules dealer and customer visits to company facilities, ensuring all activities comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinates team and equipment required to deliver dealer and customer visit requests while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Leads vendor selection and management to ensure global brand standards and compliance obligations are achieved across a wide variety of experiences.
Collaborates with customer-facing facilities to share best practices, find design and execution efficiencies, and create seamless brand engagements across experiences, while adhering to legal, ethical, and corporate compliance guidelines.
Manage a team of 5-7 direct reports

Construction customer application and product usage
Customer & dealer field facing roles
Dealer and customer event management experience in the construction, automotive or related industry
Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred
Additional Details
Travel: This role will travel between Clayton and Sanford weekly and once a month to Athens, GA site. Outside of that, domestic travel is needed for events, customer visits, or team meetings. Potential limited international travel.
Work hours: Evenings and weekends may be required at times to accommodate events.
Summary Pay Range:
$144,960.00 - $217,320.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
