Your way to impact:
With your strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, you will address complex issues, deconstruct problems, and develop large-scale state-of-the art solutions through data-driven analysis, supporting continuous operational improvement while maintaining high standards of risk management

Your day to day:

Collaboration: Partner with the Risk whole team to articulate opportunities and risk mitigation needs and provide exceptional global solutions through the analysis of historical transaction data covering a wide range of information. Conduct complex root cause analysis, prevent loss, and enable business growth and a better customer experience to secure revenue and meet loss targets.

Risk Mitigation: Expert understanding of Story Based approach to problem solving and solutioning, with ability to exercise judgment to create process/policy requirements.

Monitoring: Create real time, automated and effective near real time monitoring reports with emphasis on readability and visualization using tools like Tableau.

Reporting: Works on assignments that are of intermediate complexity with multiple steps in execution and guided by generally defined processes and project requirements.


What do you need to bring:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in the following areas: Fraud/Risk, Workforce Management, Data Analysis and SQL experience is required and Tableau skill is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem-Solving Abilities: Highly motivated, result-oriented self-starter enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can deliver successful results with minimal guidance.

Education: BS/BA degree or educational equivalent.
