Solution Customer Service Intern
This position is hybrid model in our Berrini - São Paulo unit.
Position Summary
This position will support the Customer Service and Order Management activities within the MCS Solutions & Services team. Under supervision, the intern will assist in processing customer orders, updating internal systems, and coordinating information between Sales, Project Management, and Finance teams. This role provides exposure to order management processes, customer interaction, and internal business operations, contributing to the development of technical and professional skills.
