Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief of Staff and program Lead to oversee cross-functional communication and drive impactful initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced global organization. This role combines strategic thinking, operational management, and team leadership, requiring exceptional skills in client management, process improvement, and organizational planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects, fostering executive-level relationships, and a good understanding of the Indigo business and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Operational teams and the executive leadership, ensuring clear and effective communication across all functions.
  • Lead and deliver high-impact projects that align with organizational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management, performance, accountability, and development.
  • Develop and execute strategic Cross Ops & Cross GBU plans, collaborating with Program, Service, Finance & Quality teams to ensure alignment with global business objectives.
  • Oversee budget planning and financial management, meeting organizational targets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Spearheaded process improvements and quality assurance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Perform talent management responsibilities, including recruitment, performance reviews, coaching, and career development, to build a high-performing team.
  • Act as a change leader, driving organizational improvements and championing best practices across the business.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5 years in leadership or management roles of at least 10 employees) / Former experience in a managerial role (MG1 and above) - Must
  • Strong focus on project management, process improvement, strong analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead diverse teams, with hands-on experience in quality assurance and operational excellence.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Hebrew, including the ability to present ideas clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Advanced Operational understanding across multiple business units and experience leveraging analytical tools to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects, building client relationships, and driving business growth.
