The Coordinator Marketing Sports (Temp) will be responsible for:

Coordinate different tasks of Consumer Marketing Sports team for ESPN TV channels, basics and premium, for Argentina, Southern Cone (Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Ecuador) and Central America, and ESPN content in streaming services (Disney+) and other platforms. Coordination and collaborative work with service areas and internal teams of Creative, On-Air, Partners, Trade (Affiliates and Dasp), Growth, Content, PR, Digital, as well as with Production, Programming and Acquisitions teams. Focus on all Multisports content for mentioned markets, coordination and monitoring daily communication, marketing campaigns and results. Coordination and management of different vendors, as agencies and design studios. The position will also have a Regional Role and direct collaboration with teams in Brazil, Mexico and US, and with the leader in the supervision of regional Latam projects.

The Coordinator Marketing Sports (temp) will be responsible for:

  • Coordination of Marketing plans, initiatives and experiences to consumer (Brand and Sports Properties)
  • Provide service and support to internal teams to align communications (Digital, Press, Partners, Trade Marketing, etc.)
  • Interaction and teamwork with Creative Marketing & Growth Marketing.
  • Coordinate and plan daily work with design studio and internal teams, including assets production and different adaptations for live events and shows.
  • Daily communication and collaboration with Programming, Production and Acquisitions teams. Internal presentations (Marketing Briefs, Marketing Plans, Recaps Presentations, etc)
  • Coordination and contact with internal and external vendors. Administrative tasks.
  • Purchase Orders, Billing control and collaboration with Budget control.
  • Monitoring of activations and achievement of DE&I/CSR priority objectives based on the company’s overall calendar and strategy.
  • Monitoring of special mention activations in ESPN shows to promote launches and/or campaigns from other LOBs.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 2 years of experience in marketing or communication teams.
  • Bachelor Degree in Advertisement / Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communication / Media Management 
  • Preferred industries: entertainment, tv, sports, media, advertisement, ad & media agencies, design.
  • Sports knowledge is a plus.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Skills / key Competences:  communication skills, proactivity, creativity, independence in solving assigned tasks, management of interpersonal relationships, teamwork and analytical thinking.
  • Technical / specific expertise: Office & Presentations Software/Tools (PowerPoint/KeyNote), Adobe / Design.
