  • <point>Managing your sales organization, you’ll be leading country managers across your region - owning sales performance, coaching, developing, and driving them to meet each country’s goals </point>

  • <point>Achieve growth and smash regional sales targets, you’ll drive your teams to success - hitting and beating targets and bringing success for all your markets and your region</point> 
  • <point>Planning & strategy, you’ll own the regional go-to-market strategy, you’ll plan who’s doing what, project P&L, and what your markets and teams will achieve.</point> 
  • <point>You’ll own and oversee the successful deployment & execution Identify emerging markets, opportunities, and market shifts.</point>
  • <point>You’ll have your finger on the pulse of the industry and what our competition are doing.</point>
  • <point>You’ll be spotting shifts, opportunities, and changes and making sure we respond and take steps when we need to Identify and remove blockers</point>

  • <point>Assisting the negotiations and closing of deals with the biggest global companies, you’ll be the senior manager of your region, when the biggest deals come in, you’ll be at the helm ensuring smooth closing and driving the success of the team working the deals</point>
  • <point>Work closely and give market feedback to the product team regarding Bolt Business solutions and how we should develop - you’ll be seeing and hearing what businesses need, so you’ll be an essential voice to our product teams.</point>
  • <point> Present sales and revenue forecasts to the management team. It’s your region, so you’ll be able to inform and update the management team on your progress and successes in all markets you own</point>

  • <point>8+ years experience in fast-paced B2B Sales, with at least 4+ years managing sales teams ideally across several locations/markets </point> 
  • <point>A leader, who can motivate a large regional team, manage different cultures and needs of your reports</point> 
  • <point> Experience in rapidly recruiting and scaling a sales organization in multiple locations, scale-up/start-up experience would be highly advantageous</point>  
  • <point>Experience in outbound selling of a service or SaaS product into the SME / large business market</point> 
  • <point>Proven capability to lead and deliver fast and significant multi-million growth, through sales teams Be a master of sales strategy, able to identify opportunities, guide country teams, and lead your markets to success</point> 
  • <point>BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field</point> 
  • <point>Familiar with leading CRMs and highly analytical of sales stats and KPIs, with strong knowledge of how to steer a team to meet tough targets</point> 
  • <point>Remove blockers, relentlessly drive for improvement and manage multiple stakeholders to get things done quickly</point>  
  • <point>Aviator, able to navigate contracts and blockers to get deals closed</point>
