The Team and The Role:

Tablet KB is one of the key growth categories for both B2B & B2C  business in Japan and the main area that Logitech/Logicool is heavily investing to grow.

The Tablet KB & Biz dev CCM (Cluster Category Manager) functions as a key role in driving JP B2B business with hyper growth and not only gain share but also expand the Tablet KB market and make an impact on the innovative workstyle in Japan.

This position works closely with different functions including Global team, Regional Team, Japan B2B & B2C Sales team, Marketing, Supply Chain team, Finance team, etc. to drive the category strategy into action and lead to develop 4P programs to ensure the achievement of the category target.

He/she needs integrated capability and should have a strong mind of ownership and self-motivation. This position acts as the primary counterpart for Apple Japan and works closely with them to drive the category growth.

• Responsible for P&L for total Japan Tablet KB category
• Responsible for making and leading 4P management, including product offering, new product launch, pricing, margin management, channel strategy, and GTM strategy.
• Take ownership for demand / supply for the responsible categories,
• working closely with the Sales and Supply Chain team.
• Analyzes B2B customer / partner requirements and B2C end users and retailers and shares those feedback to global Logitech BG (Business Group) to reflect Japan local requirements to future products and solutions.
• Influence local B2B channel partners together with the Sales team by sharing product roadmap, global strategy, and competitive analysis.
• Keep updating category growth execution plan based on customer insight, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
• Leverage global strategic partners (Apple, Microsoft, Zoom, Google) here in Japan to activate local co-marketing and sales activities
• Contribute to brand strategy development and deployment

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors:
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing + 4P, ideally HW devices.
• Experience in B2B business development would be an advantage.
• Manage a specific category/product with P/L responsibility as 4P lead
• Experience in developing a brand, strategy recommendations and successfully growing a product line with comprehensive GTM plan/execution. 
• In-depth experience in understanding B2B or B2C customer / partner
• preferences, attitudes, and other factors that influence 4P plan
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence brand strategy across the organization, is required.
• Strong Data analytic skill.
• Ideal candidate has proven leadership skills to create strong internal/external relationships, while being a global team player.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, both functionally and geographically is critical.
• Ability to view issues from a broad strategic perspective and strong experience in problem solving, influencing and decision making.
• Organizational savvy to understand how to get things done in a matrix organization
• Creative and strong writer.
• Team player – great communicator.
• Self-management skills and a self-started attitude are highly valued.
• English fluently and written is a must.
