What you will be doing:
The purpose of this internship is to work within the Insights implementations and Enablement team. This position works in collaboration with the Product Management team; the BI Data Architect team, project sponsors; project stakeholders; Premier Account Executives and with other various stakeholders to ensure that the implementation and enablement scope entails the required details and deliverables, etc. This internship will typically support multiple member implementations at once and provide resolution to risks and issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence 25%
BI dashboarding skills using Tableau.
Use case work akin to building business requirement documentation.
Project Management 25%
Overall organization skills, task-oriented, prompt follow through.
Support multiple ongoing projects in various phases.
Business Intelligence Dashboard Validation 25%
Support INsights Operations and Business Intelligence teams by assisting with quality assurance checks of Tableau dashboards as needed.
Training and Documentation 25%
Contribute to maintaining training programs and documentation, involving both internal and external training materials.
Overall media review and potential updates.
Assess use of Artificial Intelligence.
Required Qualifications

Skills:
Ability to understand complex technical projects - must understand software and IT technology terminology and issues.
Written and Verbal Communication Skills - Communicating clearly in both written and verbal form.
Project Management and Organizational skills.
Microsoft Project and like applications.
Self-guided and motivated. Practices active listening.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tell compelling stories from data.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Education:
Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, data science or related field(s).
