Entry Level Configuration Office Analyst

Job Description

Supports the markets in everything related to the configuration of medical equipment, configuration that is used to have a correct workflow in the quotation and ordering processes.

Your role:

• Perform configuration of Philips Medical Equipment, based on customer requirements

• Work with database and Informatic Technologies systems to make the configuration of medical equipment

• As a Global Business System based in Panama, help Commercial team area in develop final customer quotations

• Maintain direct contact with commercial team (Product Specialists) for knowledge and improvements of Philips equipment.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related fields.

• 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within medical devices or regulated industry

• Your skills include Advanced English (B2, C1), Intermediate/Advance Excel skills, effective communication and stakeholder management.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
