Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, fostering an Agile mindset, and creating value across projects of diverse scopes and scales, ensuring that the development process aligns with a cloud-first and mobile-first approach. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles within the team. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of Agile methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. - Ability to effectively communicate project goals and progress to stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
