Job Description:

We are searching for a Labour Relations Specialist who is passionate about building strong and respectful workplace relationships. You will be central in supporting dialogue between employees, managers, and unions, and contribute to a fair and collaborative work environment. If you thrive in negotiation and conflict‑resolution settings, this role is a great opportunity for you. The position is hybrid and can be located in Ludvika or Västerås. Weekly presence in Ludvika is necessary.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and negotiate local labour agreements, ensuring compliance with labour laws and collective bargaining requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local unions and act as the primary liaison between union representatives, managers, and employees.
  • Manage labour‑related projects and processes independently, providing expert guidance to HRBPs and managers.
  • Mediate conflicts and grievances, facilitating effective communication and resolution across parties.
  • Coordinate and structure the labour relation processes together with other HR functions to enable a clear company message.

Your Background

  • Proven experience in labour relations or a similar role, with solid knowledge of Swedish labour laws.
  • Strong communication skills, trust‑building abilities, and comfort working with limited supervision.
  • Ability to handle complex labour‑related issues with sound judgement.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, and a relevant academic degree (e.g., Labour Law, HR, Industrial Relations).
