About the team:

The Corporate Business Architecture team provides employees with tools to help them develop, sell, and implement FinTech solutions to FIS clients. We digitally transform the efficiency and effectiveness of how FIS employees get their work done through FIS' Future Forward Program.

What you will be doing:

• As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.

• You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• This role involves configuring, customizing, and extending the CRM application using various tools and technologies. 

​What you bring:

• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

• Customize and configure CRM entities, workflows, forms, and views.

• Integrate CRM with other systems and applications using APIs and middleware.

• Manage data migration and data integration processes.

• Ensure data integrity and perform data cleanup as necessary.

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

• Document technical designs, development processes, and configurations.
