If you are customer-focused, have excellent communication and organisational skills, and enjoy working as part of a team, then we may have a role for as a Service and Rental Coordinator at our Adelaide branch. 

Your new role

  • Liaising with customers via phone and email
  • Providing support to, and maintaining ongoing relationships with, our customers and staff
  • Coordinating and prioritising the allocation and timely completion of service and repair work
  • Processing of quotations, purchase orders, stock transfers, invoicing, and reporting
  • Monitoring and recording stock delivery lead times for service repairs
  • Liaising with Logistics and Production dept’s. regarding timely parts and goods delivery and receipting
  • Completing daily/weekly/monthly administrative tasks independently

About you

  • Customer service/sales support capacity
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed computer skills Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain a neat and well-organised work environment
