H.M. Brown & Associates, the premier auto brokerage in Colorado, is actively hiring a Part-time receptionist to join our growing team in Centennial, CO! The hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 12:00 PM-6:00 PM.

Position Overview:

The Receptionist is the face of HM Brown. This essential role greets customers and vendors at the front desk, answers and transfers incoming phone calls, provides essential information, and directs callers to the correct department or broker. The Receptionist must have a high level of customer service skills and be able to prioritize guests, vendors, and employee needs.

The starting pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Essential Functions:

  • Managing a multi-line telephone system by answering calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet incoming visitors and answer incoming calls professionally and promptly
  • Screen and document sales calls, gather pertinent information, and transfer calls to the appropriate departments or brokers
  • Maintain and update the "Document Pickup Log." Manage the flow of drafts, checks, and other paperwork for pickup. Notify the fleet contact that the paperwork is ready for pickup, and call as needed regarding aged items
  • Maintain "Vehicle/Keys Pickup Log"/Lease Returns
  • Manage Vehicle pickup: check-in/out vehicles and distribute keys/paperwork to appropriate brokers/departments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing transport vehicles
  • Prepare thank-you notes daily
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail
  • Additional clerical duties may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-year professional office experience, and be highly dependable and customer service oriented
  • Data entry with solid attention to detail and accuracy
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
  • Authorized to work in the United States
