Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires overseeing the progress of application builds, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment, and managing the overall delivery of software solutions. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to maintain project momentum and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design techniques.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to create dynamic and user-friendly interfaces.
- Ability to integrate RESTful APIs and work with asynchronous data fetching.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
