Responsibilities:

【①Internal Communications】

・CHO(Chief Happiness Officer)としてのアクション

Happiness Committee (社内イベント委員会の 呼称) の全体リード、意見の取り纏めや委員会の運営・議事録作成等

・各月のイベント運営

各月にアサインされたリード(委員会メンバーの中から選出）と協働し、 決められた予算の中で、社員の交流/コミュニケーション活性に伴うイベントの運営や社内広報としてのアクション、開催後のレビュー・分析を行う

・イレギュラーイベント運営

Family DayやKick offといったイレギュラーイベントに対しても、計画立案から実施までを円滑にオンタイムで行う。(業者との折衝多々あり）

【②Facilities】

・E(Environment)H(Health)S(Safety) 全般業務

-Global Sustainable Teamとコミュニケーションを取りながら、専用システムへのCO2等の情報入力・報告

-ISO14001の認証継続監査対応

-Office Relocation/Renovation時の対応

-Global Security Teamとの日常コミュニケーション、Incident発生時のレポート等

-健康診断/ストレスチェックの実施・管理全般

-衛生委員会事務局

-オフィス環境管理(月に1度 千葉県柏倉庫への外出あり）

-BCPマニュアルのアップデート

-規定のアップデート

-安否確認システム(グローバル指定のシステムの為、英語です）の管理・運用と、災害時のGlobal Risk Management Teamへのレポート

-請求書処理等の事務処理

-ビルオーナー等との折衝・コミュニケーション

*①をメインで行っていただきながら、常にデイリータスクがあるわけではないので、

②の業務をマルチタスクで進めていただきます。業務比率はその時の状況に応じて変動

しますので、①・②両方の業務に携わっていただきます。

• 0>1、1>2をこれまでの経験や様々な情報をリサーチし「自立」して創ることができる（創造～完了まで）
• 様々なステークホルダーとの間で、自身の意見を述べ、情報集約し、ゴールに導ける
• 独創力、自発性、協調性を兼ね備えている
• 物事や発生事案を、主観的/客観的に見ることができる
• 複数回のプロジェクト経験（リード/サブリード経験があれば尚可）大小や成功失敗問わず
• 社内広報の経験（あれば尚可）
• タイム/プロジェクト/タスク/セルフ/ベンダーマネジメントができる
• 対外向けの折衝経験
• ホスピタリティ
• 英語に抵抗がなければ可
