We’re looking for well-rounded, motivated students to join us for a 10-week paid internship where you’ll gain hands-on experience, build your professional network, and develop valuable skills in a dynamic business environment.

What You’ll Experience

As a Product Delivery intern at FHLBank, you’ll:

• Support the Product Delivery Team in executing processes and procedures, while identifying opportunities for streamlining and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating project-related meetings, including scrum ceremonies and other Product Delivery sessions.
• Contribute to IT-focused projects by collaborating with cross-functional departments and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Apply strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate across teams and present analytical results effectively
• Contribute to meaningful technology initiatives that align with your field of study and help drive business outcomes
• Gain exposure to the finance and banking industry while learning how technology supports business operations
• Participate in team-building activities, a group project, a community service event, and professional development sessions (including dining etiquette!)

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking students who:

• Have completed at least their sophomore year of undergraduate studies. Graduate students encouraged to apply!
• Are majoring in Project Management, Operations Management or Business Management
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
• Work well independently and in team settings
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to solve problems

Program Highlights

• 10-week paid internship: Monday, June 1 to Friday, August 7
