Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinate weekly and recurring executive reporting, including gathering input from internal stakeholders
Develop executive-level reports and presentations from the ground up, including structuring content, compiling inputs, and synthesizing information into clear, concise materials for leadership review
Maintain escalation logs and track trends related to customer, media, or stakeholder escalations
Develop and document new processes to support evolving program and operational requirements
Develop clear, accurate, and professional written communications for internal and external audiences
Create, edit, and proofread branding collateral, resident letters, FAQs, and municipal scripting
Ensure all communications adhere to brand standards and maintain a consistent, appropriate tone
Coordinate reviews with internal stakeholders, Legal, and client teams prior to external distribution
Support the development of communication materials for municipalities and residents
Coordinate printing and distribution of communication materials, including community mailers
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience
Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and professional content
Excellent editing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools
Work Conditions:
This is a hybrid work position where you will be required to be in office multiple times a week
Compensation
$65,600.00 - $90,200.00This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
