About the Role

• 了解客户，并且能根据客户需求设计和优化客户体验
• 通过优化用户体验，提升客户平台互动和会员忠诚度，创造业务价值

• Roles and Responsibilities:

• 了解平台会员机制和客户需求，根据产品（客户平台）特点、行业、需求等因素，构建前端架构和功能布局；

• 负责产品需求、设计及上线的全流程管理，包括且不限于需求分析、竞品分析 、需求分级、MVP设计及测试上线、产品迭代升级；

• 了解保险行业客户特点，并能与相关用户部门进行有效沟通梳理和撰写用户需求，统筹与内（外）部UI/UE设计师沟通协作，能够独自领导完成相关模块的用户体验和界面设计，并根据工作流程与前后端开发工程师及测试小组紧密配合，共同推动产品的最终实现；

• 为团队成员的工作提供建议，带领所负责的项目团队按时交付产品，后续积极主动担负起该产品模块的日常维护和迭代管理，并能与其他团队合作，不断突破和创新；

• 熟悉团队成员负责产品之间的关系以及与相关业务和系统间的关系；确保产品设计有一定的扩展性，并能为其他系统/产品的接入做预案；

• 具有创新的思维和一定的美学基础，在设计上不断突破自我，关注竞品及最新的设计动向，为产品提供专业的视觉意见和建议；

• 编写产品培训文档与用户手册，协助推动团队进行产品推广与操作培训； 同时定期参与项目总结及经验分享。

• Minimum Job Requirements:

• 本科及以上，有8年以上的产品交互设计经验，并能快速构建高质量的信息构架、流程图、线框图者优先（如果互联网行业且具备相关交互经验者可酌情调整）

• 有1-3年保险（金融）行业工作经验以及团队或项目管理经验

• 保持好奇心，善于设计沟通和团队协作，对工作有较强的责任感、高执行力、关注细节

• 责任心强，较强外拓和沟通协调能力，亲和力好

• 有基础的数据分析和报告能力

• 对互联网行业有一定了解及实际经验

• 有大型产品设计开发项目经验
