What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be responsible to review legal contract and perform billing activities and delivery excellent service to end customer.
Order to Cash - Billing & Contract Review process - from reviewing multiple type of contracts and comprehending billing requirement, gathering details, good excel skill to ensure right details are captured, setting up contract for billing purpose in system and entering all the details pricing, quantity, customer billing details and generating invoices, also handling any customer query via SNOW and resolving any dispute related to invoice and provide resolution. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of orders and timely collection of revenue. This process helps improve cash flow and customer satisfaction. Effective Order to Cash management is crucial for a company s financial health and accuracy is basic requirement.
Design the process and configure the technology to support the process of creating and issuing customer invoices that begin with the creation of an invoice and end with the issuance of an invoice and creation of a corresponding receivable with 100% accuracy.
What are we looking for? Good communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders (Sales, client and other teams).
Ability to read contract and understand billing details.
Ability to work with collaborative with team.
Ensure adherence with process compliance, SOP and steps with 100% diligence.
Able to manage process independently post training and clearing process test.
Ability to manage process SLA/KPI and continue to be enhancing knowledge.
