Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Master in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing or similar fields in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: English is a must have
Expected start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 4 to 6 months
Work arrangements: Hybrid (2 days on site and 3 homeworking)
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

Operational activities - Take on tasks within the team
Assisting Senior Planning Manager in operational Supply Management activities in interaction with Market and global stakeholders
Assisting Senior Planning Manager in working on people engagement initiatives in the supply chain environment
Conducting shipment distributions (air or sea) and work on proposals to optimize our time and cost efficiencies
Providing support for master data set up and ensuring data quality
Managing the cessation of supply / Shortage reporting processes to stakeholders
Supporting and improve the Inventory Review Process
Support and Lead transversal projects in the planning department
Gather data on release performance and proactively follow/report to the Senior Manager
Supporting continuous improvement projects related to supply chain planning
Taking on coordination responsibilities within larger projects, including clarifying task scopes, aligning milestones, defining, and tracking completion of actions, and reporting progress to the project manager
Continuous development of the Onboarding handbook for newcomers
Analytical and logical thought process with strong information organization/management skills
Effective time management and the ability to clearly identify priorities while managing multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as excellent communication skills
Dependability and self-starting initiative
Ability to work in a team environment under high-pressure situations and with tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Patience and ability to collaborate effectively, even under pressure
Develop and improve presentation skills
