For business development, we are now looking for Senior Account Manager (Influencer Integrated) with roles as below: 

About the Role  

  1. Works with existing clients and other members of the team to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate overall strategies and plans to achieve clients’ business objectives
  2. Understands clients' business and identifies opportunities to grow our business with them
  3. Plays a major role in the research, planning, and development of comprehensive Communications, Creative campaigns
  4. Serves as daily client contact and as client lead when appropriate
  5. Oversees quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence
  6. Demonstrates proficiency in writing skills to craft internal and client correspondence, communications plans, partnership materials, new business proposals, etc.
  7. Demonstrates tactical proficiency in creating and driving outreach plans, message development, management of influencer events, growth of contact network and effective pitching and training of spokespersons on speeches and presentations

What You’ll Need  

  • At least 5 years of experience, additional experience in IMC/Social/Influencer communications (Agency experience is preferred) 
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the position of Senior Account Manager, with proven ability to lead a team of 3 - 5 members. 
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail 
  • Understanding and deep knowledge in influencer marketing campaign as well as project management 
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 
  • Team player who can work well with tight deadlines 
  • Possesses a high degree of English competency
