What You Will Do:

As part of our Digital Enterprise Solutions group, you will be a part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From initial assessments to entire transformations, you will deliver Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions. You will

  • Support implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials for one or more modules like GL, AR, AP, Treasury, FA, Projects, Grants, and Procurement.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of business processes for clients.
  • Demonstrate good understanding in accounting.
  • Document as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Lead design sessions with the client to ensure alignment of the solution with business requirements.
  • Lead testing events including but not limited to the documentation of complex testing scenarios, development of a test plan, and the development of testing scripts.
  • Assist the management and engage with stakeholders to ensure proper participation based on impact and influence levels as well as obtain buy-in of the solution.
  • Develop and deliver briefings to client leadership on implementation status.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience as a Functional Lead or Senior Business Analyst for one or more of the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules like GL, AR, AP, Treasury, FA, Projects, Grants, and Procurement.
  • Have implemented at least 2 full lifecycle for configuring and setting up an Oracle Cloud ERP Financials for one of modules like GL, AR, AP, Treasury, FA, Projects, Grants, and Procurement.
  • Experienced in Functional design and solution for business processes.
  • Critical thinking, developing option analysis and solutions to meet business requirement or gaps.
  • Experience leading teams. 
  • Strong Client-facing experience.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Public Sector experience.
  • Functional Solution Architecture experience.
  • Experience across financials, procurement, grants, and projects process areas.
  • Accounting experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $125,600.00-$188,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
