Sales and Marketing Accelerated Rotational Talent (SMART) Program

Start Date: September 1, 2025

Stryker is seeking commercially driven graduates for our two-year SMART Program. This accelerated rotational Graduate Program offers hands-on experience across key business areas including Sales, Marketing, and Business Enablement.

Through three impactful rotations, you’ll gain critical business skills, build a deep understanding of the medical device industry, and take on real responsibilities from day one. You'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your strategic thinking, analytical ability, and communication skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Program Structure – 3 Rotations

1. Sales (9 months): Gain frontline experience by working closely with healthcare professionals and clinics. Learn how to effectively communicate product value, deliver top-tier customer service, and understand the day-to-day reality of our customers.

2. Marketing (9 months): Contribute to campaign development, product positioning, and commercialization strategy. Gather market insights and understand the key drivers behind customer decisions and sales outcomes.

3. Business Enablement (6 months): Broaden your perspective with exposure to core business functions such as HR, Finance, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance (RAQA), and Customer Service across Europe.

What We're Looking For

· A completed university degree with no more than one year of post-graduate work experience

· Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken

· Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

· A team player with curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

· Valid work permit and driver’s license

Travel Percentage: 50%
