About the Role
Support the ongoing development of AIA Healthcare business and partner performance reporting, setting the process and framework including controls and governance in collaboration with AIA Group, LBUs and external vendors, to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate information and actionable insights.Roles and Responsibilities
Produce management reports to ensure AIA healthcare strategy and partner performances are analysed and presented to senior stakeholders to facilitate business decision making on a timely basis.
Analyse the business performance and partner related proof points and key performance indicators utilising your industry experience and commercial acumen to generate value added, actionable insights
Maintain efficient and accurate reporting across PPDTR (Predict-Prevent-Diagnose-Treat-Recover) health and wellness ecosystem partner and services responding to changing requirements
Work with internal Group and Local business unit stakeholders to understand their information requirements and communicating with external parties
Design and implement effective integration solutions to extract, merge, store and utilize data from various data sources
Recommend and implement solutions on improving existing reporting methodologies
Identify and investigate data quality issues working with internal Group and Local business units and external parties to bring these to resolution
Ensure robust processes and controls from data definitions, data collection, review and verification through to documentation and evidence aligned with ESG controls and governance as well as stakeholders
Automate and streamline the process.
Carry out ad hoc studies to support health and wellness related initiatives leveraging data and insights
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above in discipline such as business administration, IT and mathematic/statistics
8 to 10 years’ experience in health administration & operations, health data analytics and insights, preferably within insurance and/or healthcare sectors.
Proven track record in performance reporting, data integration, and insight generation for strategic decision-making.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and integration solutions
Ability to manage and resolve data quality issues across multiple stakeholders
Ability to recommend and implement methodological improvements in reporting and analytics
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Understanding health and wellness ecosystem
Understanding of in controls and governance frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is advantageous.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Group and Local Business Units) and external vendors.
Skilled in presenting insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
