The Role: Third Party Relationship Manager

The Team: The Assessment Services Third Party Relationship manager is responsible for supporting the KY3P Assessment Business. The role is focused on onboarding third party service providers into the overall assessment process, delivering the value proposition and providing updates to both internal and external stakeholders. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the third-party data coverage and support the growth of assessment services business.

The Impact: Our assessment services business is focused on providing high value assessments to our customers. The assessments are conducted on third party service providers of KY3P customers. Once the request is received, our team initiates a relationship with the third party service provider, qualifying the overall engagement and is responsible for the overall onboarding process. We are also responsible for collecting the feedback of the process, platform & assessment framework and ensuring that is delivered to the appropriate product teams internally. The feedback will lead to future versions and enhancements to the framework/questionnaire/methodology.

  • Acts as the project manager. Reviews all major deliverables to ensure client expectations are met. Has administrative oversight of project and project goals/timelines.
  • Responsible for all third party communications, conflict resolution, escalation management and reporting to our Customer Engagement partners for customer updates.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with third parties.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levels.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills both internally and externally.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients.
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with relevant background desirable
  • Ability to manage a book of accounts through the lifecycle of our operational process, remaining active with the third-party service provider.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Office 365, PowerBI, etc.
