At Webster Bank, our financial intermediation activities are organized broadly around three distinct lines of business: the Consumer Bank, the Commercial Bank, and HSA Bank. This position will be aligned with the Commercial Bank, reporting into the Program Management team within the Commercial Administration organization.

As a member of the Commercial Admin, Program Management team, the Manager role will work closely with business process owners and product owners, evaluating current processes and overseeing solution implementations. This role will provide business architecture and product management support for project intake across Commercial lines of business and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions, in collaboration with product owners, to gain insight from stakeholders regarding their objectives, requirements, and potential challenges
  • Conduct process assessments and analyses to document current and future state using process maps and other documentation
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and post-launch analysis across multiple projects with multidisciplinary impacts; Manage initiative timelines, risks/issues, and project status
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize projects
  • Support the development and maintenance of project and policy governance procedures and templates
  • Provide guidance to project teams by sharing best practices and ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines

Education, Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Team player with a positive attitude and contributes to an energetic and motivated team environment with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic.
  • Project Management experience, including process design and improvement.
  • Strategic and tactical critical thinking skills: ability to synthesize complex information to communicate effectively with teammates at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships, display organizational savvy, leverage networks, and value diversity; drive cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and toolset.
  • Willingness to travel (domestic) – this is a remote position.

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 USD to $120,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
