Billing and Scheduling Coordinator - ACN Various Locations - Columbia

 

Under the direction of the Manager, the billing and scheduling coordinator will be responsible for the support of the Ambulatory Care Network at various practices. You will be tasked with template creation, opening and closing of provider templates, change management requests, billing, charge posting and revenue management

 

This position will work from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, with no weekends or holidays.

 

Preferred Criteria

• Familiarity with Epic
• Experience creating and managing provider templates
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT and dental billing codes

 

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Medicaid and managed care billing regulations & procedures
• Experience with software applications, such as appointment scheduling systems, and basic Internet procedures; basic computer literacy, including Excel and web based applications
• Experience with Electronic office procedures, including billing and rescheduling

Salary Range:

$59,000-$82,000/Annual
