About the role:

We’re seeking a dynamic, proactive and strategic Head of Business Development to lead our ambitious new business efforts. This is a pivotal role for an experienced sales and business development leader with a proven track record in securing AOR partnerships and delivering sustained revenue growth. 

The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive network, expertise, and leadership skills to identify new business targets and expand our already impressive client portfolio..

Here’s what you’ll do day to day:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy 
• Focus on securing high-value multi-year AOR partnerships 
• Successfully navigate complex procurement processes, developing tailored strategies to address individual client needs
• Drive the entire sales process, from identifying prospects and delivering compelling pitches to successfully closing deals.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on profitability,
• Develop and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and accurate forecasting.
• Streamline and optimize business development processes for efficiency and scalability, ensuring operational excellence across all efforts
• Partner with internal teams across strategy, creative, and operations to align on business goals and deliver seamless client experiences.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing business development team.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 15+ years of proven experience in sales, procurement, and business development within the advertising, media, or marketing industries.
• Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ AOR deals and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of creator marketing, digital advertising, and influencer partnerships.
• Demonstrable team management/leadership experience
• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven expertise in navigating procurement processes and building procurement-friendly strategies.
• Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
• Results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A collaborative and relationship-oriented approach to leadership.
• A strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and use data effectively to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communicator and active listener.  A natural storyteller who is able to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
