POSITION SUMMARY

The Pricing Manager is a key driver of pricing strategy and execution across the organization. This role requires a strong analytical leader to optimize our pricing models, improve profitability, and ensure our pricing reflects product value and competitive positioning. The Manager will act as the central pricing liaison, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to implement pricing excellence and support overall business objectives.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, manage, and implement the company’s overall pricing strategy, frameworks, and policies.

  • Conduct complex financial and statistical analyses to evaluate pricing scenarios, assess market dynamics, and forecast the impact of pricing decisions on revenue, volume, and profitability.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average selling price (ASP), discount rates, margin attainment, and price realization.

  • Perform detailed competitive pricing analysis and studies to recommend optimal pricing points for new and existing products.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Masters or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Proven Experience for 7+ years in pricing strategy, marketing, and sales channel development.

  • 4 years’ experience in the areas of pricing management.

  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
