Position Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist in establishing sales teams, review and organize relevant materials for newly hired agents, and input information into the system; 
    Assist the Marketing Director in daily team management, improving business metrics such as agent attendance rate, order fulfillment rate, activity rate, and effective workforce ratio; 
    Plan and execute various business promotion activities for affiliated institutions, while collaborating with headquarters departments to implement company-level initiatives in these branches;
    Manage and maintain the Zhonghongtong system, overseeing the administration of Zhonghongtong gift packages and marketing tools; 
    Organize product briefings for branches, completing approval, archiving, filing, and self-inspection procedures; 

Required Qualifications:

  • College degree or above;. 
    At least  3 years of insurance experience; 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good time management skills; 
    Able to work under pressure; 
    Proficient in Office and Excel;
