Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Management: Help to build and develop our CRM as a source of truth for customer information, as well as integrating data between other platforms.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and commercial organization.
Customer Support: Assist with responding to customer requests for information and proposals.
Training and Onboarding: Support the training and onboarding process and develop content for educating sales team members on tools, processes, and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including customer experience, pricing, product development, supply chain, legal, and others.
Work experience in B2B sales operations, sales enablement, sales leadership, marketing, or other commercial role
Salesforce admin experience, Administrator or other Certification preferred
Experience leading and/or executing change management initiatives
Knowledge of sales performance KPIs and financial metrics
Strategic agility and the ability to pivot quickly as market and other conditions change
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Prefer experience with BI tools and ERP systems
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
This position is in Atlanta with a hybrid schedule that allows for up to 40% remote work weekly.
