The Opportunity
 

We are seeking a structured and people-oriented Continuous Improvement Leader (CIL), who will be responsible for the CIL process at Design in the HV Breakers factory. You will work closely with the coordinating CIL to deploy, implement, and anchor improvement activities across the design function, ensuring effective execution and long‑term sustainability. The CIL serves as a catalyst for problem solving, standardization, and knowledge sharing.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Own the continuous improvement projects within HV Breakers Design
  • Form, coordinate and lead CIL projects at HV Breakers
  • Quantify results (quality, delivery, cost, safety, sustainability) and track them to closure.
  • Share best practices and coach teams to build a strong continuous improvement culture. 
  • Apply structured problem solving, Lean, and continuous improvement methods.
  • Facilitate improvement workshops and activities within the design organisation.
  • This position will give you the chance to get an overview and understand the different functions and their responsibility within HV Breakers.

Your Background

  • You have an engineering background or relevant work experience.
  • You contribute with your communication skills, as well as with your ability to motivate and engage others.  
  • Prior project management experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. 
  • Proficient knowledge in English and Swedish is required since you need to communicate with employees in different departments.
