Job Description:

Operator, Dissolution & Filling (Healon products)

Two (2) Vacancies

As an Operator you are responsible for dissolving sodium hyaluronate, preparing and filling Healon products, and performing sterile handling and documentation. Work is carried out according to department procedures and GMP requirements.

Main responsibilities

• Perform dissolution of sodium hyaluronate.

Substance identification (ID check)

Charge/add substance and buffer solution

Evacuation/filtration of the solution

• Filling of Healon Pro, Healon GV Pro, Healon5 Pro and Healon Endocoat

Prepare and rig the filling machine

Perform weight checks during filling

• Pre-treatment of materials

Washing and autoclaving caps

Autoclaving flasks

Wash, silicone and assemble glass cylinders

• Autoclaving and preparation

Clean and assemble parts for dissolution and filling

Autoclave utensils and approve autoclave printouts

Order, receive and transfer materials through airlock/quarantine

Perform microbiological air monitoring

Sanitize equipment

• Documentation and record keeping

Handle logbooks and journals according to procedures and GMP

Perform cleaning and line clearance

• Other tasks

Media sampling

Cleaning of Class C cleanrooms, including semi-annual deep cleaning

Distribute garments after autoclaving and restock consumables

Requirements

• Upper secondary education (high school) or experience from process work
• Basic knowledge of GMP
• Good command of Swedish (both spoken and written); able to read and understand English

• Communicative and attentive
• Be able to have a good overview of tasks, take initiative
• Physically fit, as the work can sometimes be physically demanding
