迅速な対応をする。
‐中国の生産工場へ支援
・品質改善の活動
・顧客の中国の工場での監査
・顧客との定期会議(サプライヤー品質管理)
・生産、プロセスの変更に関する4Mマトリックスでの管理
その変更を顧客へ報告及び承認を得る。
・継続的な改善プロセスに沿って構築された品質基準の尊重
・プロセス、製造の変更に伴う品質関連書類の更新のサポート
・デザインレヴューや顧客での同様な会議にも参加
・内外部品の品質に関して、購買や顧客品証を支援するため
