Aufgaben:

• Leitung und Ausbau der Financial Lines Cyber Geschäftsaktivitäten in der DACH & CEE Region
• Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Versicherungsprodukte und Bedingungen
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Cyber Strategie für die DACH & CEE – Region
• Kundenmanagement mit Tier 1 Kunden
• Auf- und Ausbau des Broker- und Kunden-Netzwerkes
• Führung des Cyber DACH-Teams
• Referral-Underwriter für Cyber-Risiken innerhalb der DACH & CEE – Region
• Mitglied im FL DACH Management und als solches Mit- und Weiterentwicklung der spartenübergreifenden Kooperation
• Ausbau und Präsentation der AIG Cyber Value Proposition und Unterstützung weiterer Wachstumsinitiativen
• Unterstützung der Prozessoptimierung innerhalb des Cyber-Teams aber auch FL allgemein

Anforderungen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge (Promotion oder Masterabschlüsse sind von Vorteil)
• Langjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung als Financial Lines / Cyber-Underwriter oder Broker
• Führungs- und Managementerfahrung (inkl. Personalverantwortung)
• Erfahrungen im Bereich Wording-Entwicklung und/oder Schadenmanagement
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Teamfähigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Entscheidungsfreude
• Hohe Belastbarkeit besonders beim Arbeiten unter Stress und Termindruck sowie hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit (30-50%)
