Overview

Instawork is moving one step closer to achieving our vision to create economic opportunity for local businesses and professionals by connecting them for permanent hiring needs. We are seeking an Account Manager with a proven track record to join the Instawork Hiring team. You will work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing  teams to build highly retentive Partner relationships, driving product usage and expansion. This role requires great relationship skills and the ability to provide a high level of service to our top Partners. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships, maintain high retention with Instawork Partners by providing excellent support and having an unwavering willingness to assist.
  • Secure renewals and identify opportunities for revenue expansion and growth across the Partner organization. 
  • Proactively understand and analyze Partners’ hiring needs and make strategic recommendations to Partners. Exceed your retention and expansion goals through forging relationships with key Partner decision-makers. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and challenges so you can be a trusted ally in providing thought leadership
  • Support Partner communication product education needs. Continuously escalate Partner feedback to correct internal business stakeholders  to improve overall Partner experience. 
  • Complete formal executive-level QBRs, highlighting performance and establishing clear commitments on the account planning process with Partners, focused on satisfaction and growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in subscription, recurring revenue businesses. Experience in HR tech, recruiting or staffing preferred. 
  • Results-driven person that knows how to cultivate and maintain a strong professional relationship with your top Partners. Strong executive engagement and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Proven track record of achieving retention and revenue expansion goals. 
  • Strategic and creative thinking enables you to not only understand industry and customer trends but apply those insights to deliver strong business results
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and creativity that sparks your capacity for building and growing the business and solving problems
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to identifying problems and finding solutions
  • Ability to travel (approximately 10-33% of your time) to visit different partners in person within state(s) you support

For IL based applicants:

  • The base salary for this position is $90,000 + eligible for OTE
  • This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options
