Your Team

The “SaaS Platform Architecture” team is dedicated to designing a robust and scalable technology platform that serves as the foundation for MX.3 SaaS Solution. Our mission is to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical constraints to ensure rapid innovation, deliver exceptional user experiences, and remain at the forefront of technology by architecting a secure and scalable platform.

Your Role

As a SaaS Platform Architect, you will deal with our Hosting Providers to drive the evolution of our infrastructure. Take charge of problem management, swiftly identifying, resolving issues to minimize business impact and prevent the recurrence of repetitive incidents. Serve as a key escalation point for critical incidents, providing expertise for effective resolution. Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement, implementing strategies to optimize our baseline architecture blueprint.

• Evolve and maintain the SaaS global infrastructure blueprint on private and public clouds.
• Design and build secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with our hosting providers and cross-functional teams to design the evolution of our infrastructure to meet current and future business needs.
• Collaborate with security, procurement, and legal teams to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work closely with technical teams to develop and implement effective solutions, documenting resolution steps for future reference.
• Serve as a key escalation point for critical infrastructure issues, providing expertise and guidance to resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Support Technical Account Managers and Service Offer by addressing advanced technical inquiries during the pre-sales process.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science
• 6+ years of experience in the software technology domain with 3+ years in a similar domain to IT architecture 
• 2+ years of similar professional infrastructure design or operations experience on public cloud. (AWS certification is a plus)
• Cross-domain technical knowledge including but not limited to:
  • Linux and Windows Server operating systems administration
  • Virtualization, storage, and networking technologies
  • Relational Databases
  • Citrix knowledge is a plus
  • Containerization is a plus
• Scripting and developing automation in Python or Bash, Terraform, Ansible or similar programming languages is a plus
• Demonstrated ability for continuous learning and improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and good analysis and synthesis capabilities 
• Fluent in English and ability to work in an international environment. French is a plus.
