Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and across projects.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong knowledge of utility billing processes and related business workflows.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet specific client requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP for Utilities Billing environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
