What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):

  • PowerApps, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Power BI experience are highly desirable
  • A bachelor’s degree in information systems or a technology-related study is strongly preferred.

  • If a degree in a related field, 2 years of direct service experience with Microsoft platform administration and support; If not a degree, 4 years experience.
  • Certification related to Microsoft Azure, SharePoint / Online, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and (Power)BI platforms preferred.

How you will make a difference (Job Overview):

As a forward-thinking company, we seek a dynamic IT professional with a strong background in designing, automating, installing, upgrading, administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud-based applications, specializing in Office 365. In this role, you will actively identify and address organizational inefficiencies through innovative technology solutions. Collaborating seamlessly with our Business Process Improvement department, you will excel in managing SharePoint Online sites, user access, and permissions, establishing yourself as an in-house expert. Furthermore, your integral role will extend to playing a pivotal part in assessing and onboarding new cloud technologies for various company departments. As you oversee configurations and features of automated services and applications, your contribution will be essential to our company's success.


Division/Program Overview:
The IT professional will report to the Senior Manager of Service Desk & Application, this role involves providing third-level technical support, overseeing the administration, configuration, and maintenance of all designated applications, databases, and servers, in addition to managing special projects. The responsibilities include installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting diverse Microsoft cloud technologies. The position assumes the critical role of serving as the company's Microsoft 365 System Administrator.
