Role Description & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Ecuador’s Vaccines Strategic Plan to facilitate access to our vaccines for all eligible individuals.
Identify new business opportunities, advance proposals, and anticipate initiatives to drive TA growth and maximize our portfolio value across the main customer groups and key stakeholders.
Lead internal cross functional team to work collaboratively to identify gaps, opportunities and needs to maximize our portfolio value.
Work collaboratively with supporting areas (medical, Public Affairs, access) to develop and execute engagement plan with external key stakeholders.
Allocate and execute in country brand(s) budget in alignment with local vaccines strategic pillars and tactics.
Responsible for project management of cross-functional team ensuring successful implementation on strategic plans.
Develop strategic plan and tactics to protect and expand access and ensure accuracy for sales forecasting and budget execution.
Responsible for revenue growth, lifecycle management, forecasting of revenue and OpEx for the Vaccine franchise, while ensuring the realization of profitability targets in country.
Work in partnership with Medical Societies, KOLs and other external stakeholders to disseminate and generate, whenever necessary, available data and information.
Design and launch Marketing Awareness Campaigns and Omnichannel strategies, establishing clear and measurable metrics and outcomes.
Matrix management & leadership to ensure optimal decision making between Global, Region, Country Management, Vx Category lead and local cross functional brand team for effective support and agile decision-making processes.
Providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise, and health care professional engagement plans.
Develop Annual Marketing and Operational Plan and execute brand strategies to local market needs, defining local priorities.
Responsible for reporting the results to Primary Care Category Lead, preparing product forecasts and scenarios, and constantly monitoring MOH inventory levels to ensure NIP supply timelines.

Working Relationships
Works closely with the Country Lead, Primary Care Category Lead, Vx HSP and HR Manager, RTAL, EM Brand Implementation Leads and cross functional teams such as Medical, GAV, Commercial, P&PA, Legal, Regulatory, Supply.
Qualifications
Senior marketing professional with 5-10 years of marketing or relevant commercial/marketing/business function experience within the industry in strategic roles
Experience on vaccines Therapeutic Area desired.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
Master's degree or MBA desired
Advanced command of English language, spoken and written.

Strong data analysis and presentation skills to address Country Leadership Team, Regional Teams and external audiences.
Good understanding of finance and P&L implications
Ability to work with complex information, uncertainty and distill into a framework that helps facilitate decision making.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and lead with indirect authority.
