Overview:
The Business Analyst (PMO), reporting to the Head of Data and Transformation, is responsible for supporting the business transformation team. The role supports the team to enable the prioritisation and delivery of cross-functional transformation projects, and helps hold the business to account.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Transformation Manager in the day-to-day operation of governance processes: to include project initiation, change management, progress measurement and management, clarity on success criteria, to completion.
Support the Portfolio Manager in maintaining the programme pipeline:
Support the collation of project initiation documentation and business cases to enable proper scrutiny as part of governance processes, ensuring projects meet business objectives, and resource/time/cost/benefits are well understood and prioritised.
Collate KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives. Regularly evaluate progress.
Compute project prioritisation aligned to the Group’s strategic objectives by routinely reviewing the in-mind and in-flight projects against key criteria.
Collaborate with stakeholders:
work closely with operational teams, IT, Finance and other department heads to collate project scopes and understand transformation plans.
Support the Portfolio Manager and Senior Transformation Manager in working with SLT, divisional and segment leadership
Communicate: prepare reporting on programmes and strategic initiatives for the Head of Data and Transformation to deliver to executive, support office stakeholders, and Mars divisional and segmental leadership.
Oversee project execution: collate progress on implementation of transformation projects to assess whether they are operating within agreed timelines and budgets through planning and control activities.

Essential
2+ years experience in business analysis
Foundational business understanding (Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement etc.)
Desirable:
PMO background
Knowledge of veterinary market
