Job Summary: The Onsites Contract Specialist is responsible for the daily tasks related to specific customer billing and master data for contracts and customer communications and assisting in issue resolution on a portfolio of customer accounts. To effectively communicate and support Onsites team goals, while providing quality customer service. In addition, obtain an understanding of Company policies and procedures, and will actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts.
Review all new contracts and amendments to assess compatibility with system capabilities and identify any potential issues.
Analyze and interpret commercial contracts to accurately set up customer contract profiles within the billing system.
Maintain and update contract set-ups as needed to reflect any contract amendments or changes.
Working with the Master Data Integrity team, request new customer accounts and maintain existing customer accounts to ensure customer data is accurate and current.
Deliver ad hoc invoices and proofs of delivery to customers, as required.
Prepare and process all necessary billing adjustments to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Implement and monitor the price attainment plan for assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with customer contract terms and corporate guidelines.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with the sales team and regional managers, keeping them informed of any customer issues or concerns.
Provide prompt and effective customer service by researching and resolving customer inquiries related to pricing, contracts, and billing.
Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to billing and invoicing, focusing on root cause analysis to identify and address recurring issues.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers via phone, fax, email, and letter to resolve issues and build strong customer relationships.
Perform daily customer order review to ensure accuracy with pricing, purchase orders, and other customer details.
Respond to ad-hoc requests for information and perform data analysis as needed to support business decisions.
Follow established policies and guidelines related to credit and collections, as well as cash application procedures.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Two years previous experience required
Basic knowledge and abilities in Google Sheets, Slides, and Doc, and office equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree preferred
SAP knowledge preferred
