Primary Duties:

• Actively participate in OTC process design and improvements, implementation of collection strategies and dialer campaigns
• Identify, propose, and coordinate implementation of new tools/solutions helping to automatize OTC process
• Build partnership with the business in countries and regions to design and improve collection cycle effectiveness and translate business requirements into technical solutions that promote automation of processes
• Use analytics and metrics to improve OTC process and provide data-driven forecasts of potential benefits and risks of each new initiative. Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders and provide OTC strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance.
• Support OTC Finance Analyst and Reporting team in continuous improvement of OTC reporting activities
• Provide consultancy and support to OTC management related to automation/AI tools and their usage
• Closely cooperate with OTC Finance Analyst, OTC SMEs, OTC managers and leads to identifying the needs for new process automation

Job Requirements:

• University degree in business / IT / or adequate professional experience focusing on business and financial data analytics, process automation, etc.
• 3 years of experience in the respective fields (collections, dialer, process automation, PMO)
• OTC process end-to-end understanding in reasonable level
• Strong analytical skills, relevant experience with process automation tools/AI, Collection tools, data analysis, ability to work independently and in the team, being proactive
• Fluent in English, other EMEA language is an advantage

The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €1830 - €2,750 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job.
