Summary:
As a GenAI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that leverage both traditional machine learning and modern generative AI techniques. You will combine foundational ML engineering fundamentals with a growing expertise in large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks to build scalable, production-ready AI applications. This role bridges applied machine learning with cutting-edge GenAI innovation, while offering opportunities for growth and learning.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement applications powered by LLMs, multimodal models, and generative architectures.
- Fine-tune foundation models (e.g., with LoRA, PEFT) for domain-specific use cases.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Integrate APIs and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) into production systems.
- Develop and deploy predictive ML models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines in collaboration with data engineers.
- Apply DevOps/MLOps practices for automation, monitoring, CI/CD, and model retraining.
- Optimize inf rence performance (quantization, distillation, GPU/accelerator usage).
- Design evaluation frameworks for both predictive and generative models (accuracy, fairness, hallucination detection, grounding).
- Implement monitoring systems for live models to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals and technical requirements.
- Communicate complex ML/GenAI concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

- AWS, Foundation Models, Evaluation, LLM Prompting, RAG, Vectordatabases, Python, Agentic, ML frameworks (LangChain, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Able to coach junior team

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
