About you and this role

Responsible for the safe and accurate preparation, handling, and management of raw materials in accordance with production plans, safety regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring stable production operations, product quality, and compliance within the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Strictly comply with company safety regulations and all safety requirements related to this position.
• Follow the management rules for the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Operate production equipment in strict accordance with approved operating procedures.
• Be proficient in chemical spill response and emergency handling procedures.
• Prepare, weigh, and blend raw materials according to the production plan.
• Perform sampling operations in accordance with the sampling plan.
• Ensure that production facilities and personal hygiene in the assigned area comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Manage temperature-controlled storage areas for raw materials, including air‑conditioned rooms and heated rooms (steam heating).
• Accurately complete all required production and quality records in a timely manner.
• Promptly report any abnormalities related to materials, equipment, or on‑site facilities.
• Carry out daily organization and housekeeping tasks within the raw material warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and above.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the chemical industry, with a valid Hazardous Chemicals Operation Certificate.
• Proficient in forklift operation and in possession of a valid Forklift Operator License.
