Job Description

• The Technical Assistant role in the PALL is 100% lab based. 
• The TA is responsible for running laundry performance methods such as stain removal, whiteness and freshness.  Testing is run on full scale washing machines or on small scale automated machines. 
• Although most of the testing is run using validated methods, many tests have deviations.  The TA must be able to understand what deviations are requested and adjust the method as needed. 
• The TA must be able to use scientific principles to observe anything unusual they see during the test and report it back. 
• They must be able to complete all assigned tests on time and with accuracy. 
• They must have a team-work mentality and be willing to flow to the work as needed.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

• Able to learn methods and perform them on your own
• Work autonomously with a hands-on approach and be comfortable to work with the team to execute tasks
• Hardworking, able to manage your time
• Must be willing to be in the lab all day
• Have an eye for details, keen observation skills
• Good knowledge of English (both oral and written)
• A good team spirit who is ready to work with a large team
