Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting the sales support team by performing administrative and sales channel tasks. They help in maintaining customer databases, ensure documentation, monitor & optimize key indicators orders. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. This function plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales teams in developing the design, demo products, collaterals (videos, brochures, etc) and other tools needed to support the AW Latin America business.
• Support AW product launches developing promotion actions in the distribution channel
• Responsible to capture new leads from different sources and assign them to the right commercial person and follow up to make sure they convert into an opportunity.
• Work with the third-party marketing agency on developing content for monthly Newsletters (internal and external), send it to the correct audience and follow up any type of request it could come up after.
• Work together with the commercial local teams in developing trainings for local distributors, coordinate visits to the facility and support any local effort that may request marketing collaboration.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Produce regular and adhoc reports to support business functions.
• Develop dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders and KPI visualization.
• Define, monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPI’s) relevant to business objectives.
• Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and provide insights.
• Ensure data availability and quality for reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to improve business performance.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data reporting and analysis.
• Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct deeper analysis to uncover insights that drive business growth and efficiency.
• Provide training to team members and stakeholders on how to interpret and use data effectively.
• Offer ongoing support for BI tools and platforms used across the organization
Sales Support
• Assist sales team with administrative tasks
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations

Data Entry and Maintenance
• Enter and maintain customer and product data in company database
• Update and maintain customer accounts and contact information

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
