As VP of Sales, North America, you will inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting a bold vision for growth while executing with precision. Acting as both a player and coach, you will engage directly with target accounts, model best-in-class sales practices, and empower your team to exceed ambitious revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets across North America.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Actively engage in high-value deals, building strong relationships with key customers and modeling best practices in deal strategy and execution.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment across the go-to-market strategy.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Establish clear metrics and processes to track performance and ensure predictable and scalable revenue outcomes.

As the Vice President of Sales for the AMR region, you will:

  • Be an integral part of the AMR regional leadership team, setting the strategic direction and market positioning for the region.
  • Collaborate with the AMR GTM team and FP&A to develop business plans and establish financial targets for the region.
  • Own the overall Sales quota for the AMR region, supporting the Sales team in achieving and exceeding their goals, while taking on additional quota responsibilities as needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our value proposition and effectively communicate it to the market.
  • Provide feedback to the Product and Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) to optimize our offerings for the AMR region.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Customer Success,  Services and Product teams to align efforts and achieve success
  • Represent the company as a key spokesperson at internal and external events.
  • Be adaptable and agile in a dynamic work environment, responding to changing business needs with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Travel as needed to support business opportunities and represent the AMR region.

Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 12+ years of sales leadership experience with a successful track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high performing team.
  • Dynamic and strong sales execution mindset with bias towards action and delivering against goals
  • Expertise in managing the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Significant experience in Digital Marketing solutions, including Adtech, Martech, services, or agency backgrounds.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with both external customers and partners, as well as internal teams across geographies and business functions.
  • Proven ability to manage budget cycles in collaboration with FP&A and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth, with the ability to inspire and model this value for your team.

  • Proficiency in G Suite, Office, and Salesforce (or comparable CRM).
